A New M&D Cast
254 Owner:
I am very happy to announce that
Troy Hammons of Cincinnati is going to be taking over the building and sales of
the M&D Cast 254. Troy is a great fit for this opportunity and it will speed
up the production of these fantastic engines. Once the engines are built, they
will still go through my shop for Dyno testing ensuring we are 100% confident
in the engines that are sent out. M&D has tested every production engine
since we started modifying the Zenoah since 1999 and will continue to do so.
Can the other guys say that?
For me, this is a part time hobby /
business; it comes after family then my more than full time work. I work in
research and development and quite often it sends me out of town for a week at
a time but it really takes a toll on my time spent in the workshop. I enjoy
building engines but I don’t enjoy the stress that comes with having people on
a list longer than my arm! With Troy purchasing the Cast 254 Engine rights he will
be able to spend more time on getting product shipped.
Many of the Cast 254 engines have
left the workshop. At this time, we are shipping the motors once received from
the honing process. If you have preordered, I will be contacting you when I
have one ready to ship. As I will be following the preorder list I have, please
be patient (as I know you have been) and I shall be moving through the orders
as quickly as I can. Please do not send payment if you are on the list unless
you have been directly contacted by me.
